Since when do you win a Premiership on the back of one player, not in the 57yrs I've been a Eastern Suburbs/Roosters

Also with an attitude of I don't care if he signs for 4yrs & leaves after 2 as long as we win is not supporting our team

I personally hope he doesn't come here.

I can see the benefits he would bring to the team, however, I can't forgive him about what he did to our game. To walkout mid contract and more importantly mid season to play for a rival code says a lot about the man.

Just remember he spat the dummy because the Dogs were struggling that season, so anyone who thinkhs he'll deliver a premiership, just remember how his team were doing when he last played our game.

He's been playing union for a few years now, so he'll probably take about a year to get acclimatised to playing the much quicker league again. How many players return to league from union and are succesful? The only one I can think of in recent years is Matt Rogers. Perhaps Will Chambers but he wasn't away long enough for union to ruin him.

He is coming here, regardless of if we want him or not. The only reason he hasnt signed is because they can't register his contract till June 30th (due to his Bulldogs agreement). We will announce his signing in July.
