We won't win with 39% possession in the first half...the Dolphins are ready to smash someone, Bennett will have them primed.

Ok I'll pay that, gave me a chuckle.

But knowing Robbo's decision making lately he probably did the wrong knee.

Robinson has traditionally liked a dummy half with NRL experience as back up along the line of Henderson/Le’strange/Baptiste/Carter/McIlwrick so I just assume he would want Turpin around next season rather than having to go out and look for another dummy half with experience.
Unless Robbo has a player in mind coming thru the ranks like 'Tyler Moriarty' for next season and onwards ?

I would give Elie El-Zakhem a run in front of Baker and Napa.

Sandon Smith looks like possibly being developed into a DH ?

As well as Tyler Moriarty they also also have Thomas Deakin . Alan Holton and Benaiah Ioelu who have all come through the junior reps system to senior reps

Develop and promote internally is the go and only strategic external signings when and if required.

I much prefer the develop and promote within policy. Am always disappointed to hear a promising player we have developed go elsewhere. Tallis Duncan a case in point.

Really want to hear we are locking up the likes of Wong, Whyte and Toia for the longer term.

                  Yep ... agreed

What's even worse and disappointing with this scenario is that Tallis Duncan is running around playing for Souffs

I hope he is retained but it doesn’t look good him being in reserve grade after being an 80min hooker for us in first grade. If he was staying I’d have him on the bench instead of Napa and have Cheese rotate through as a middle forward when needed.

Most decisions by Robbo the last 2yrs have been ordinary.

I hope they didn't steer away from surgery early on thinking it could be rehabed for a return this year for a finals run which is highly unlikely now.

It feels like without some kind of surgery to stabilise the knee Walker is a higher than normal chance to totally tear it next year when he returns which will totally stuff us next year again.

Hopefully Walker has chosen to take the best advice on this moving forward.

There has been little to nothing said about Whyte.

Keary 200 games, and we might have turned at least a little bit of a corner last week, and have just a little bit of momentum, for the first time in a while.

You have your finger implanted somewhere else.

I'll coach & you can be my assistant.

Your highly intelligent thoughtful in depth posts would translate perfectly to a sporting team.

                              Very uplifting.

                                Maybe seriously maybe not.

I could be just being silly.

Just like Robbo's coaching the last 2yrs.
