Listening to the talk in the media about teams resting players and the like, I feel that is doing to be down to two games. Obviously beating the vermin and the Sharks beating Canberra. Melb seem to have Broncs number and "riff sound like they are resting their whole team. Go the Sharkies and the Chooks!

Think our best bet (naturally on the assumption that we beat the vermin) is the Sharks. They will need a win to claim a home semi, as opposed to us relying on the Panfers cause we have no idea if they are def resting players ...i think they will, but they'll certainly prefer not go into the semis with 2 losses

if you look at the teams picked today you'd pick panthers to beat cows and sharks to beat raiders but who knows who will take the field. teams playing later on the weekend have a better idea of what they need to do and it would be fairer to have every game at the same time for the final round. soccer comps around the world do it. if every game were played at the same time the sharks would field their strongest team for fear of missing the finals entirely if souths beat us but with the staggered games if cows lose to panthers they might rest a few.

I think souths will do a job on us now we’ve lost JWH. I wish he’d retire now. What an idiot. Putting his own emotions above the team’s chances to make the finals. Without him I rate us next to no chance. He needs to be checked by a shrink or take up boxing instead.
