Still can't see us making finals only because so much needs to happen in our favor.

Another factor is the Cowboys play Riff last, who historically rest their entire side in the last round. If we didn't lose to the Dragons in that last kick I'd give us a bit more hope, looks incredibly costly now.

I think we will win our next 2 quite comfortably and then get dudded by the Souffs-Fatrell media circle jerk. No way the machine will let them miss finals.

When reflecting on losses that are us in such a desperate position finals wise. Losing a game on the last tackle of the match against a side we were expected to beat is the first loss that one tends to look at. We were one more tackle or even a winger trying to knock the ball over the line as opposed to be allowing it to bounce from winning that game

I’m just enjoying every game, every week. As long as we keep winning it’s all good - the longer our season goes the better. ‘Cos the alternative is an early, long hot summer of boring freakin CRICKET and no footy to look forward to until March !

We may well be looking at summer sports earlier than expected the way are going.

Either that or the US sports. With the baseball finally winding down we head back into the NBA, NHL and the NFL with all codes starting up their seasons over the next 8 weeks.

Point is, we left ourselves open to being beaten like that when we should have been better and not been in that position to allow such a result.
