  • Roosters run-through

Over the next 7 games we are playing 6 very tough teams:
    KNIGHTS - signed big Willie
WARRIORS - Last year runners up
    MANLY - Premiership winners
    BULLDOGS - strong team
    BRONCOS - won 6 in a row i think
TIGERS - this years premiership favourites
    MANLY again

Most of them are in the top 8 and the Roosters will have to be strong in their defence and convert their opportunities into points unlike the last few years.

What are your thoughts on their next 7 games? I think they will win the first three but lose the game physically to the Broncos and Bulldogs

A few of these games will be around origin... despite losing Pearcey it'll probably benefit us. Hard time to predict but 3-4 wins would be pretty good for us.

Mason should be fired up for a big one, so that's a danger game for starters

but for each of those we have to produce the same quality we did against the warriors

        a few weeks back..

Broncs are the toughest out of that pack even if we're at our best.

The Fibonacci Roosters will be eliminated in the preliminary finals.

            My thoughts:
Knights - Willie Wanka will probably only get 20 minutes and do enough to show he's still got a bit of potential. I think we can beat them though! Star studded team and Wayne's still tweaking the usage of the talent he's signed (he will in time I bet!) Roosters by 6 or less.

Warriors - To me are like the 2010 Eels or 2011 Roosters. Both showed up to the GF but neither were the #2 team that season, or all that dominant. I'm not scared of them. Roosters by 10+

Manly - We nearly beat around about this time last season! They are a tough side but I think were lucky to draw the Warriors last year in the GF. They'll have Williams + Stuart back probably... maybe we'll lose? Manly will stomp us and win by 20

Dogs - Again tough as guts and an old rival. Be a close one, but Doggies by 6?

Broncos - Will win by 20+. If it's a home game I'll be there to watch them but Jesus... they are hot this season and we're not.

Tigers - This year's premiership favourites? I doubt we'll see them there, and we'll thrash them by 12+ if they play like they did in the last 20 against te Eels today. Roosters by 12+.

Manly - We'll beat them second time around by 8 points (I'm a man of faith.)

I've given up looking at the draw to see what games I think we will win or not.... it's way too unpredictable nowadays, especially with our team.

I would say they will get 2 wins.

The roosters will win the spoon and send Anasta off as the useless prick deserves to be sent.

That gives us a strong chance in both those games.

                        God bless the Origin period!!

Even though the Manly and Broncos games will be on the State of Origin Period, we will be missing Pearce in our halves so it may be difficult to still get the win.

Tough to see more than 2 wins there (knights and then either dogs or broncos around origin time)

                            Hopefully they prove me wrong
