Skinny Byrne's lack of speed cost us a premiership so he should be on the list too.

I had the Go-Go's and Kim Wilde. Both suffered structural damage when I matured.

No the man we traded Orford to the Dragons for (Andrew Walker), now he was the man.

Orford reminded me a lot of Perrett, he could do some good things, but boy could he make some dumb mistakes.

But hey that is just my humble opinion.

Monaghan was ok in his last season with us, but prior to that he was pretty ordinary.

                As for Catic MEH!!

They both always ran/run from dummy half.
                  Orford was quicker than Perrett.
I think Perrett is probably the slowest full-time winger that we've had at the club since I've been following in 1987.

Really? We have mutual friends so I find that a bit odd but I'll try not to be offended.

I still listen to The Go Go's and Kim Wilde. They are on my itunes. And Ned Catic was on my Roosters calender from 2004 so someone must have thought highly enough of him to allow him in it.

I still listen to them as well RWB. I am a sucker for 80s music. I should be embarrased to name some of the songs I downloaded from iTunes over the weekend. Most of them one hit wonders.

And is your calendar the 16 month calendar that covered 04 and 05? Because if it is I just foraged it out of my bottom desk draw at the office (yes I have kept it all this time, over many moves) and Ned's definitely there as Mr November 2005.

It's a real trip down memory lane looking through it again.

One of my fave photos I've taken over the years is one a friend and I had taken with our Ned in either the 03 or 04 annual dinner. A really nice bloke.

And for the record, the Wanka Mason would have to go down as my top flop, although definitely not a fave of mine (thought I'd best get back on topic).

                          • Ned Catic was not a flop and he would walk in to the current team!

Brett Finch and Braith Anasta are two of the biggest duds to ever grace this great club but none will top Paul Vautin.

Finch was never mythologised as the saviour, the next Freddy.
Finch was never payed Marquee $$$$$$$$$$.
Finch was never handed the captaincy.
When Finch was bad he was dropped.
When he was really bad he was shown the door.
Finch never publicised contract negotiations mid season in a bid to leverage public outrage against the club.
Finch never won the wooden spoon.
Finch never kept out more talented players from his position.
Finch never had a canine tatoo.

                              • Wow , where do I start?

                                In recent times probably :

                                Bwaiff, or Mason.(Value $$$$$$)

                                Kouparitsas, Riddell (Just crap).

                                Last 20 years,

Probably Vaughtin. He still despises our club. I remember in that footy show grandfinal episode when the rooster chant went up and todd, braith and mitchell came to the stage, he said something like: "Wasn't much of that in the 90s".I've never seen a more celebrated imbecile than that man.
