Their biggest danger is complacency now. Getting pampered by the media and seeming unstoppable when they flick the switch.

The Stranger has to have them peaking at the right time with the longer season.

good luck to wood but hopefully fressard is back next week - she's been great. pule to start makes sense - paskikala had a great first game but has been a little quiet and a shorter high energy stint of the bench might be the way to get the best out of her. didn't see hopoate in for hamilton coming but nothing wrong with keeping players on their toes

Otesa's Odyssey: The Journey of a Teenage Superstar

Thirteen tries in nine games. Those numbers aren’t a stretch of form from Jayme Fressard or a run to the finals from Daniel Tupou.

They belong to the 2022 Tarsha Gale Cup’s leading try scorer, Otesa Pule.

After an astonishing 2022 season in the Tarsha Gale Cup, which she capped off with Premiership victory and a 50-metre try in the decider, 19-year-old Pule was rewarded with selection in the Kiwi Ferns squad for the World Cup.

Surely, she has to attend our men's first grade training and teach the boys how to play like a genuine 5/8?

                          Absolute gun!

We just look too powerful and well structured for the Tiges here. Big day for Mia Wood on debut I think crossing for a double. Love the way Jess Sergis plays for her winger and gives her time and space. Some of the male centres could learn from her.
