Has more raw talent then most backs in the game, just needs NRL experience and fine tuning.

Aubusson I thought could be the new Ricko/Fitzy before he made the move to the forwards but in reality he is an attacking 2nd rower and he is not the worker most of us thought he would be.

I have little doubt if we wanted Stewart we would have got him, I doubt Manly with all their off contract players would've been in a position to match a big offer from another club so he was there for the taking if we wished.
I thought it panned out like this...St Merge offered $450K, we offered $500K, WoManly offered $500K and so he stayed

If we are desperate for a prop and for the money Tolman would demand, Id say bring Tamou back home.
          JWH Metres per run -7.68
Tolman Metres per run - 7.92

          JWH times over 100m in a game - 3 out of 8
          Tolman times over 100m in a game - 6 out of 8

It's amazing how overrated some of our players are on here, because I'm sure you'd argue that JWH has more 'starch' in attack and 'hits harder'.

I think our second rowers cop a pretty hard wrap on here some times, it's obvious that Smith doesn't want his backrowers to take relief runs and a lot of their workload is shifted off to the outside backs. Aubs was averaging close to 40 tackles a game in 2010 when he played the full season in the backrow... that's a pretty impressive effort tbf. I reckon he'd have the temperament to make the switch to lock but I think his ball playing is overrated on here.

JWH is already here so it is moot.. the suggestion he made was Tamou was a better option

He's the most useless of their forwards so it wouldn't surprise me, they'll also need a war chest to keep Kasiano as he is a one of a kind prop who is huge and loaded with skill.

I'm not advocating one over the other, I'm just making the point that him being soft is a myth. When compared to our best forwards he more than holds his own

I wouldn't question that.. He is the worker we lost when Nate Myles left.. Basically a similar role but with a better attitude.

I really like Aiden Tolman, but he's too small as a prop. He would go well as a back rower but he needs to develop some ball skills and agility. So, whatever the Roosters did with Myles in 2010 would work with Tolman as well.

They call him Bupa, by the way. He's the healthier version of James Graham.
