The kid ripped in and gave 100%

There was the odd error and he overplayed his hand at times but you gotta keep trying and eventually you find some form.

Another great illustration of your insanity Ray. You have no knowledge of what the coach wanted Walker to improve on, no idea if he has worked on those things, no knowledge about anything whatsoever to do with his dropping. Apart from the fact that he was dropped.

Yet somehow, you still feel qualified to dismiss the whole episode as a "Robbo fuk up". How do you know the dropping hasn't improved Walker?

        You are an utter moron.

We beat Dragons and Manly if Walker plays. Yes, I know he was injured, but if he wasn't dropped and doesn't get injured we win those 2 games, nothing surer. Robinson is responsible for the mess we are in right now, not JWH. Whilever Guru persists with this late season switching on BS, we, the fans, will continue to suffer. Walker is a great halfback and he should be allowed to perfect his craft in 1st grade, not for Phuking Norths.

I'm thinking Walkers break from the week to week grind could be a blessing in disguise.

I"m not sure how he would have stood up without injury or fatigue. People forget him and Aussie Joe were baptised early and are still developing their battle hardness and physicality.

He gets a chance now to (maybe) play a tough month of footy with some freshness in the body.

So are you saying if he didn't get dropped he would not have been injured?

Walker was dropped because he wasn't running the ball. Robbo sent him back to reserves to run at every opportunity so when he came back to the chooks he wasn't a predictable pass only half that the defence sagged off. It's unfortunate he got injured after the second game in reserves, but that has nothing to do with Robbos decision to drop him.

If he was fit he would have been back after a fortnight, and people would be cheering Robbos decision. His play last night was a clear indication that Robbo was right and he is far more dangerous if he runs the ball.

Ray. Print this out and read it slowly, out loud, 35 times a day. For 2 weeks. We'll see if that makes a difference.
