  • NSW Cup today

The Bears game is live on NSWRL TV today for anyone interested watching, keen to see how Toia looks now he has a month of footy into his legs after such a long time out of the game with that ACL injury.

Also Crichton/Whyte/Napa are playing for the Roosters NSW Cup side today at 2pm (not televised though)

Be interesting to see where Robbo lands as both games on at 2pm.

Pauga or Toia could play themselves into firsts next week with a big show. (assuming Manu out).

I don't think there is a chance of either tbh. Toia hasn't played I'm first grade yet, and Robbo has shown he is happy to go to Allen. Pauga also fell out of favour when he signed for Manly. Given he is a winger Robbo has likely learnt that Suaalii is a disaster at centre and won't move him.

Pauga was just sin binned for a high tackle might have a judiciary case to answer during the week.

Crichton was replaced at halftime today and did not return could be an indication Robbo is contemplating using him on Friday night against the vermin.

Did JWH give the pre-game speech? A lot of Bears playing trying to get themselves a ban for the finals series which starts next week in NSW Cup.

Easy mix up but Paulo not Pauga signed with Manly, unless I missed it.

Anyone know much about Jack Stringer?

He’s been putting up some good numbers for the Roosters NSW Cup team, originally part of our junior grade system, then signed for the Dogs for 2023 and then moved back to the Roosters halfway through this year.

                          Son of Paul Stringer.

Part of the reason why I haven’t been able to find much on this kid online.
