Yeah Allen is steady at best but we need more against Souths. Is Toia healthy ? Robbo threw Momirovski in against Souths in a huge game years ago in either his first or second game

Maybe Toia is the plan and the Manu is a chance to play story is just a ruse to keep the narrative off Toia. I suppose we will see if he's(Toia) in the squad announced today.

This is a massive game to throw a rookie into. I'd honestly leave Corey Allan at right centre and see how we go because he played alright for us against the Tigers and it'll be his second game with the first grade side after several weeks, he may be better for it this week ... especially against the club he started his NRL career at. Yes, we will lose a bit of X Factor without Manu but with the likes of Teddy and Sam Walker back and Suaalii finding some nice form, we should be ok.

Also, even if Manu is 50-50, it's not worth the risk of playing him this week. If he goes down during the match or aggravates the strain further, that'll just impact us if we do manage to get into the finals and/or pre-season training etc.

I only watched this game briefly but Toia had some shocking defence in the short time I watched it.

100% it will be Corey Allen.
Toia, although exciting is a rookie.

Allen has played origin, even though he was a stop gap he still has big game experience.

Allen’s last couple of games in firsts have been reasonably good. Nothing flash, but he went ok.

                It’s not time yet.

                Allan won’t let us down.

Nat to prop, Egan to start, Manu to the bench (if he can stretch out).

True, but our team across the park that year was much better in quality and form. We also were forced to due to a Latrell Mitchell suspension. In a game like this Allan is the best option, if only due to him being pretty decent on defence and having more time on the field with the first grade squad
                    EASTS TO WIN!

If Manu is benched it means he’s not fit. Robbo has made that mistake twice with Toops. Hopefully he’s learnt his lesson.

                        I’d rather Whyte than Egan.

I think Souths would rather Egan.

There's no way you would throw Toia into this game. It has to be Allan.
