A hat-trick to Mia Wood on debut was one of the many highlights from the contest, with Amelia Pasikala also finding her first NRLW try after charging onto a short-ball from close range.
Isabelle Kelly continued her dominant run of form, leading the match stats for run metres and post-contact metres, while Tarryn Aiken set up two tries to progress into first place for most try assists in the NRLW.

Stepping into the fullback role after Joseph Manu was ruled out of the contest, Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii performed perfectly under immense pressure, tallying 248 run metres and 16 individual points to guide the Roosters to victory.
Sam Walker was also strong in his return from an ACL sprain, scoring one try, breaking four tackles and forcing two drop-outs at crucial points in the game.
