Like I'm sure their bosses come up to them at work & ask them who they should replace an under performing worker with.

Or send out an e-mail to the whole organisation with the same question.

There's procedures & processes that are followed by the top brass in getting rid of people.

Robbo's last 2yrs have been ordinary. Ordinary wont cut it at the Roosters for too long.
This isn’t a forum of Roosters employees, it’ a weird correlation you’re trying to draw.

If someone says hey I think we should drop or sack Luke Keary the rational follow up question is who would you replace him with.

Just like if someone says we should sack the coach the rational follow up question is who would you replace him with.

Anyone who thinks this season, regardless of the result this weekend, is a pass mark for our great club has lost touch with reality.

Robbo’s role will be under deep investigation if we underperform again and have another lacklustre year next season. As for the who, that’s not our job, it’s the clubs.

Sometimes a change of coaching can breathe new life regardless of their credentials. We need to see progress from Robbo otherwise no one is untouchable and Nick won’t accept mediocrity and lost opportunities.

2013 Robbo and Webby this year show relatively unknown coaches can step up when called upon. They’ll find a ‘Who’ if they need to.

You want Coach Robinson gone so come up with some options
I would’ve rather lost to them both times and be in the top 4 like they are.

Its always a crazy response for mine. You decide FIRST if you want to change the Coach. Then you review who's available. There are always potential candidates looking for a gig. Not saying I necessarily want a change right now, just identifying the process.

He better re-sign the Hutchinator though or I may switch sides to the anti -Coach Robinson camp

I think Hutch will end up with the Rabbits.

The guru has learnt nothing from last year and alas we've seen a repeat but even worse. We should be firmly ensconced in the top 5 but with Robinson's arrogant belief that he can flick a switch and have us firing like Stephenson's rocket at any time he chooses, we find ourselves on the precipice of another what could've been year. I have no idea who wins on Friday, but if we do, I believe we could make it to a preliminary which would be bizarre. One good thing about next year is we'll finally have some serious pace in the backline. For the crybabies on this forum, I'll tip Easts by 1 point on Friday night.

If last year's game against souffs is on repeat, then we are screwed.
All the pressure is on the players to keep their cool and play the game.

Indeed Water Boy....that is definitely one of the most iconic and funny moments in our sporting history.

The Hutchinator will get double the hate from some on here in that case.

Will threads be started about him by those obsessed with Souths players and Souths, though?

I hope so too. But I don’t think it’s guaranteed. We need drastic improvement to our starts of season.
