I agree he has been great since going back to the wing, and even when he filled in at Fullback,
but $700K is big bucks for a winger and if we have Young coming and Pauga looking good then maybe that money could be used better elsewhere.
The main worry is Toops and his growing risk of injury.

There are more injuries and suspensions with forwards so you need that depth. Having an outside back playing Reggies on $750k is wasted cap space. Outside backs that are purely there as back up or development should be on no more than around $200k.
