So let's hope Knights beat the dragoons.
It's safer in Newcastle than in Cronulla with a bunch of drunken 14 year old wax heads.Last edited by Thirteen; 09-02-2023, 07:33 PM.

I think both have a soft underbelly and can easily be beaten. If Ponga is out for Newcastle, it is as good as won.

You mean three-time premiership winning coach, Robbo? I agree, it's disgusting that we should persist with him.
And yes, he's "woke" too (meaning, as far as I can tell, he believes in things I don't like). I hear that he actually said something like "the NRL should be open and inclusive including of gay people" in the wake of the Manly rainbow jersey incident. How dare he! He should have been dismissed immediately.
Coach Fitzgibbon was more responsible for 2018, 2019 than coach woke warts, even as an assistant.
NRL was already inclusive in accepting gay fans. They just wanna shove this BS down our throats. Divisive BS.

I'd rather play the Sharks. Do they get to play finals matches at their tiny home ground or do they have to be at a proper venue like Homebush, given they can't be at Allianz playing us? regardless, I'd prefer the Sharks. Funny that it's either Adam O'Brien or Fitzy.

The home ground advantage is important for the crowd factor and the officials.
Knights - would have a rabid, vocal home crowd and a media looking for a fairytale.
Sharks- its the curse of that bloody ground that Gus waxes lyrical about. I'd like to dodge it.
I think I'd prefer the Knights, such a one player dominant team. And we might just feed off that intense energy from their crowd, despite barracking against us.#We Stand with ourJewish community#

Which when you think about it quite unfair, if they've earned the right to be the home team. And they end up having to, for example, play Souths at Allianz, they completely lose that home ground advantage.Last edited by Batemans Bay Rooster; 09-02-2023, 07:55 PM.
