This is rewriting history at its finest, the "criticism" all season long has been nothing short of childish abuse and name calling towards a man who has given us a period of success not seen at our club since the 1930s. The lack of respect shown to not only coach Robinson but our playing group has been disgraceful to read on a weekly basis all season long and you can't hide behind calling it criticism because it wasn't criticism at all.

I get where you are coming from mate but the criticism this year has been more than justified.

We are in the finals on the back of other results but I’m with you, anything can happen and I for one am excited for the ride.

Not sure I understand the ‘because of other results’ argument when it was the Panthers beating the Cowboys… if there was massive upsets due to clubs resting players that caused us to stay in the 8 then I could understand such an argument but the Panthers beating the Cowboys is not something that ‘fell our way’.

Can you tell me why you believe making the finals is the be all to end all .The aim of the game is t0 win isn't it , not come second or eighth? To take pride in coming 7th in a 17 team comp not aspiring to much .
And yes Im happy we are playing next week but Im old school and I play to win in everything . Seconds doesn't stack up

I know everyone supports for their own reasons but there’s so much more to supporting this club for me than just winning premierships.

I remember being on the Wall and this forum post Freddy era when all posters ever wanted was a competitive team that was consistently competing for the top 8, in the last 11 years we have only missed the finals once. It’s not about taking pride in finishing 7th but instead taking pride in a club who’s consistently competing and building long term success. There will be some down years but if this is the down year then we are fortunate…

If you don't win a comp it doesn't mean that a season was a failure though.

There can only be one winner, so what you're saying is that the Roosters have to win every year as " seconds don't stack up".
