If we had finished 4th and then lost to the panthers, then there is actually no difference between finishing 4th and losing and 7th and winning. You end up having to play the same number of games....

Dont use the officials as an excuse, if we play to our potential we can win.
whilst I do agree with that sentiment I can’t help but feel that copping 7-0 penalty count in first 20 minutes ( 14-4 overall) will have a detrimental effect on any team.

Sydney Roosters Coach Trent Robinson has reduced his squad to 19 players ahead of tomorrow's clash with the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks at PointsBet Stadium.

The team remains as named 1-17 on Tuesday, with Corey Allan listed as the 18th player in jersey no.20. Naufahu Whyte is the remaining reserve.

I wonder what that means about Manu? Allan still in the squad doesn’t fill me with confidence.

I'm wanting to see the Broncos win tonight but man I can't stand the Strom.

Even in the 6again era they destroy the ruck. Only thing keeping them in it apart from munsters boot.

I feel like we have the sharks measure unless we get rolled by set restarts.

If we made next week I couldn't see us overcoming them, but it would be awesome to knock them out too.

Our squad v Sharks should watch a replay of tonite's game Broncos v Storm and take note of how the team that's behind at the moment is playing.

. Kicking out on the full from set restart.
. Wayward passes, too hard, dumb passes.
              . Lost/dropped balls.
              . Dumb penalties.
. Trying to play stupid razzle dazzle footy in every set, resulting in errors.
              Ridiculous play.
Straight out of the "How To Lose Footy Games" manual.

I’d be worried if they had to be watching to figure all that out.

Storm's gaaaawn but damn it's another world watching this game. Difficult to react to Brisbane's style really. I hate Melbourne but can't help thinking they're being completely stiffed by the refs. Examples...

                  - Grant did a grubber into goal and was held back. Nothing. Then I don't even know what happened but

                  - Noticed 3 or 4 blatantly high shots from Brisbane go unpenalised.

                  - Storm challenged a penalty. The ref accepted it then 10 seconds later changed his mind and said 'nup you're over the 10 second limit now'.

                  - Pap just now getting penalised for... what? Every Brisbane set starts with a free kick!!!

It's farking weeeeeeird!!! People say there's no vendetta against JWH/Rads. I was doubting myself... then I watched Brisbane v Melbourne :P

Oh, and now also repeatedly tackling kickers and bomb-catchers in the air and getting penalised.
Oh, and running around in circles, no one seemingly knowing what's supposed to be happening.
Therefore being on zero points in the match with 13 mins to go.
Given our team, last time they played the Sharks at Cronulla were penalised 9 times to 2 or 3 in the first half, and lost...they should be made watch that game again too.

Coates gone, Seve probably a Cat 1 HIA, and they were never settled. If we get through to next week they are looking beatable.

Expect a bounce back from Melbourne assuming we play them.

They have been diabolical, not often they put 2 of those together.

There goes Pap... dropping like flies! Not good to see any of this, but suddenly we're in the box seat if we win.

At least Munster will be fresh. Played in a dinner suit. Fk he's overrated.
