So his mental health is an excuse for his form? What a load of BS. If he’s in the team and on the field, he needs to perform. If he’s not mentally fit then he shouldn’t be playing. And that would be fine. Maybe mediocrity is acceptable in your life. It’s certainly not in mine. That’s probably the difference between people who are successful and people like you who obviously aren’t.

Angus has definitely put in big efforts for us since coming back,
but if he and Suaalii do both go to Union next year it could be a nett gain
because it frees up $1.5 MILLION which will come in very handy to cover upgrades to Billy Smith and Siau Wong, and May.
PLUS Whyte coming through as well and maybe we can keep Brown,
plenty of juggling to be done.

Agree Norfolk and we are definitely building up some depth in the positions these two play in. But we certainly need to as we never seem to be able to field our first choice 17.

Excuse? No. Deserving of some empathy and understanding, yes!

Robbo and Teddy seemed perplexed when asked about Gus in the post match presser. They looked genuinely surprised by the question.

Yeh, you have reached the dizzy heights of success in being a banner holder at Roosters home games.

At least Blooper and the Freeze get paid for what they do - $2k USD a home game I understand

I though Joey Johns may have asked Gus post match when in the sheds.

At least he cleared up the Avocado question with Lindsay Collins - he only eats them

IMO it was all part of their plan to disrupt our mojo. Force us to play at a shyte stadium with no fans and then start rumours about gus.

                        Farking media!

To be very honest I had high hopes when Angus came over to us. But apart from a rare great game or two he never really lived up to the hype or earned his spot. So I say let him go now. Same with Suualii. He took ages to find some form again. Better let him go asap. I think we are being used as a transit lounge to Union and it’s happened twice recently so our recruiting needs to not offer contracts to Union jumpers. We train them only for Union to poach. This is an abuse of Nick’s and the club’s kindness. We support them and their families during difficult times then they jump ship.
