Would have loved to see him get a crack mate, he is real crowd pleaser.

Pray for heavy rain, then have Wong and Gus in the centres

I agree Sandon is probably too small. Just a left field option I was throwing up. Angus doesn’t have the best lateral movement but he has done a job previously.

          Agree.

There's almost no one left in the back line anymore.

          We are dead set cursed.

Just throw the ball around & have some fun now

Play Hutch left centre for his long boot.

              Cheese
              Baker
              Nat
              Egan

              May
              Crichton

Truly a free hit for the boys from here on out.

Hutch's fictional LONG boot is the stuff of fairy tales, along with his utility value and his defence which is ordinary at best.
Even in fairy tales there is no mention of his attacking skills.
                He is a Handbrake.
If he plays we are no chance.

The only player out of position is WONG, and he has played plenty of centre growing up and played half his last 2 NRL games at centre.
Sure we lose some attacking flair, but we can still go forward with that pack, and our spine can create opportunities.
Probably about the best we can do in the circumstances

Yep. Whoever fills in just needs to be put in a solid performance. We have enough class to win the game.

Well for me this week assuming Toia, Billy, Manu, Toops, JWH, JS, Watson, Brown, Sitilli are all out.

                          Wong

                          RES:

                          May
                          Egan
                          Whyte
                          Sandon

                          18th:
                          Hutch

We have our spine and forwards pretty well intact and defensively we should ok. In attack we may as well throw it around. Get the wingers to hit it up and let Sammy play adlib footy.

I'm a big fan of Wong however it's only a matter of time before he get's skinned playing centre. His lateral movement is that of a backrower. He's a great stop gap option to have if an outside back goes down during a game.

                              1. Teddy
                              2. Pauga
                              3. Momirovski
                              4. Allan
                              5. Paulo or Tui Katoa

Other player options to consider "if eligible": Ethan King, Tavita Henare-Schuster, Noel Aukafolau, Jordan Swann

Note: I've only suggested legitimate backs for consideration !

I pretty much agree with this side, except I would swap Egan and Fletcher, as Fletcher has been great coming off the bench. As someone else said earlier Allan Fitzgibbon would have been a great replacement for us in the backline as he is fast, good under the highball and can hit in defence (all the things Paulo is not), but it appears he is not eligible (unless the NRL gives us some form of injury concession )
