Spot on Roid Rage, Arona is a real hard worker and someone that our team needs. He does a lot of clean up work and stuff that goes un-noticed.

Maubs plays big minutes because he is parked on the fringe the whole game.

Arona played the entire time down the middle, where most of the traffic is. Fantastic game from the young backrower. The best part about Arona is that every opportunity he has received, he played his heart out in order to make the spot his own. First it was off the bench. Now it is in the starting lock role. If he keeps up his form, the no.13 jersey is his. I love the way he carries the ball before the line keeping the opposition guessing what he is going to do with the pill.

            See ya FPN.

Friend i think only played as good as he should have been all year, nothing mind blowing. The ball he threw to Pearce is credit to the line Pearce ran more than the skill of Friens.

Which makes you wonder how slower he will become as he gets older

He needs to lose weight let's be honest. There's no reason for him to be big. He doesn't go for dummy half tries and when he does he looks soft and always gets held up. The only disadvantage would be he might be slightly weaker in defense but he would make up for it in speed and better service from dummy half.

                            Yesterday was an improvement.

Hopefully next week will be better again.

One step at a time can lead to big things.

                            Eventually.
