Seeing how Anasta has copped a bagging in recent times i would be interested to hear any compelling reasons why he should remain in the side.
Notable objections are that he is:
to slow
to old
appalling statistcs
cap burglar
impedes Pearce
disinterested.

On the flip side he is:
Nice bloke
interesting girlfriend
good restarts
his salary has been payed

he needs to move over so we can start a fresh 5/8 combo with pearcy. i dont want braith gone all together as he does offer some good stuff(not too much). his motivation on the field when things get tuff, his spiral torpedo punt and this years kick offs. get him away from the 5/8 role and possibly a lock possi.

Who cares if he didn't want to play in the forwards .... What kind of captain does that. Hindmarsh would've played wherever his team needed him. Braith is not Captain material .... Fitler thought as much. Even had him at fullback infamously. Next minute Filtler had been sacked in alrge part to "losing the confidence of senior players".
The problem is Anasta has been payed alot of money. He is useless at lock. His stats prove that. When you have commissioned billboards, the sides of buses and subscription literature with a Greek head that is supposed to represent the brand it is hard to destroy him.
