I see no point in getting all pedantic about what a 'junior' is. He played for our successful U20's Holden Cup team which has produced a generation of quality players.

The team included Manu, Radley, Nat Butcher, Sitili and others (plus coulda included more if they weren't playing 1sts).

IDK... to me 'that team' found form quicker than the current crop of Penrith players and delivered us B2B premierships. It's a point in our club's history that I think we have a right to be proud of. U20's is a 'junior' team in my books. Sorry if that's not junior enough for you. I'm personally happy we've not only debuted a bunch of these guys in 1sts, we've kept a lot of them too... in my opinion this says something about our culture!

If Zac Fittler makes FG also coming out of Scotts but is brought up in Terry Hills would you classify him as a junior?

Tad surprised about this signing, given the other announcements. Similar to our backs, we look 1-2 heavy certainly for 2024 and some real talent is going to be playing reserves that would be a walk up starter at plenty of other clubs.
