Still having some issues when trying to get into the chookpen using google chrome. Anyone else having this same problem?

On game days, when the traffic here is heavy, I have always had great difficulty with the site. The posts are always lagging about five to twenty minutes behind real time. The main menu shows that many posts have been added but these posts don't show up on the game thread till well after.

I use the Brave browser which is normally trouble free and fast.

Chrome working fine for me, I was having issues today with the default web browser app on Android but when I switched to Chrome it was fine.

this is because Edge & Chrome have updated their security protocol - it flags the Chookpen as "not secure" and doesn't load all the source, hence why the page format looks off.
https is meant to be more "secure"

I've only found this with Windows 11 OS though - works fine on my Win 10 laptop

vBulletin need to update how they host sites....I expect the chookpen and other message boards will go offline again soon

I've just deleted my Chookpen home screen icon which was Google. Too many issues.

Installed Firefox and I get in every time.

If you go into the sites settings and select "Allow" unsecure site, it will work, pain to do every time, but is is a way around it

Does is work with Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox?

(Sorry I just get triggered when people go the whole 'Google Chrome' instead of just calling it Chrome so figured I'd do some casual trollin')
