According to Telstra tracker data. A bit surprised Suaalii is in the top 20. I guess they measure short bursts of speed as I haven't seen him sprint over more than 50m.

    1. Ronaldo Mulitalo (Sharks) 37.188km/h

    2. Jason Saab (Sea Eagles) 37.116km/h

    3. Maika Sivo (Eels) 36.864km/h

    4. Dominic Young (Knights) 36.828km/h

    5. Josh Addo-Carr (Bulldogs) 36.756km/h

    6. Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow (Dolphins) 36.684km/h

    7. Alofiana Khan-Pereira (Titans) 36.144km/h

    8. Mitchell Moses (Eels) 36.108km/h

    9. Jake Averillo (Bulldogs) 36.072km/h

    10. Kalyn Ponga (Knights) 35.892km/h

    11. Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii (Roosters) 35.784km/h

    12. Dylan Edwards (Panthers) 35.748km/h

    13. Jahream Bula (Tigers) 35.748km/h

    14. Blake Wilson (Bulldogs) 35.712km/h

    15. Tyrell Sloan (Dragons) 35.676km/h

    16. Herbie Farnworth (Broncos) 35.64km/h

    17. Reuben Garrick (Sea Eagles) 35.64km/h

    18. Fetalaiga Pauga (Roosters) 35.64km/h

    19. Clinton Gutherson (Eels) 35.532km/h

    20. Reece Walsh (Broncos) 35.46km/h

Interesting stats. I think the order may vary if they were all to have a race over 100 metres. I’m convinced Pauga would beat Su.

So much for that dip-shit Carr being the fastest man on the planet.

Hutch came in at 288th, just ahead of Kyle Flanagan.

We've all seen the highlights of Young running with the ball, but have a look at how he comes from nowhere to save this try:

The bunker doesn't need a slow motion reply for any try involving Hutch.

Interesting to see where Lewis Murphy fits in that list. Looks pretty fast.

the sprint coach said he's a special talent young Suualli but we haven't seen him in full flight yet. Hopefully we'll see an intercept or full length field try

Surprised to not see Walsh nearer the top even though there's just a metre or so from first to twentieth. His short bursts are dazzling.

Interesting 1 panther in the top 20 .
Suaalii must be much faster then he looks and Reece Walsh must be slower then what he looks
Don't know if I trust telstra

Optus has an alternative rating but the server is down.

Genuine speedsters rarely reach top gear in open space. That is why you end up with rubbish stats that suggest Sivo faster than others who are much faster than him. I also note that Coates has previously been clocked at 38kph and is not on that list.

I found some stats from two years ago:
                        Josh Addo-Carr - 38.1 km/h
                        Jason Saab - 38.0 km/h
                        Xavier Coates - 37.6 km/h
                        Dominic Young - 37.4 km/h
                        Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow - 37.3 km/h

I would like to know what distances the speeds are taken.

As others have said Walsh is explosive over 20 meters but maybe his top speed isn't up there.

A couple of years ago Radley made the list.

A surprise omission from the list is the Hutchinator—surely one of the quickest over 5 to 10 metres.

I have seen Suali in polenty of gaps and get mowed down easily..may have the speed still hasnt learned how to use it I guess..definatley looks lost when in center and busting them.
