  • Turning point.

The Pearce pass on the zero tackle 10 metres out was incredibly stupid, I think they put on two tries before we touched the ball again.

I agree I nearly threw my beer at the television. Patience was really needed to apply more pressure.

The effort was there tonight but Mitchell had his worst game in a month. If he held on I have no doubt the Warriors would't have held is out, our attack was on point.

Unlucky but I feel we are going to make the eight.

Yep, said the same thing to a mate. Was a bonehead play and it came back to bite us big time

was Mini's play the ball any better ?
The turning point was in our defence we were a hell of a lot on top of them and gave them to very soft tries .
Defence wins games end of story we had lapses .

Btw what happened with Cordner when he was tackled about 10 metres out with a minute left? It was all a blur now.. did he have support or was he close to making it? It looked like we were gonna score for all money!

Yeah, let's blame it on one mistake from Pearce and not captain coqqhead letting everyone stroll past him all night and not being able to kick a sick puppy back into it's kennel!

Mini was in disneyland, head clash with Lillyman. Harsh to blame him for that, he was going on instinct at the time and that told him to get to his feet and play the ball quickly...only problem was his legs wouldn't work properly!

Who's blaming Pearce? We have just noted that it was a turning point in the game.

                    Don't think that's true.

Pearce was carrying this team with the play making role.

There should be a support player waiting at dummy half anyway to pick up the ball when he plays it.

I feel sorry for Pearce he is carrying the most uncreative spine in the comp, if he goes into his shell we are completely f**ked.

yes he should have just taken the tackle but if he starts to play conservative we wouldn't be in a position to win any game.

Mini was unconscious, should be allowed to replay the ball?

I don't normally like to focus on anything negative or to pin point one play that cost us the game.

However, that play by Pearce was absolutely terrible, especially coming from him. I mean, it's a play id expect from BJ or Skidsy , but Pearce! Massive coach killer, huge turning point, call it what you like, it was a shocking play and Pearcey would be the first to admit that. Still love him though

Mini's was totally different, he was clearly knocked out.

Anyway, not to take away from a great game and awesome effort. They did well to get back in a position to win. If they keep playing like that they'll win many more games this year.

One area we need to improve is defending sets off penalties (whether the penalties are warranted or not)

Julz It doesnt work like that Mini should stay down and let someone else play the ball That is the only way to avoid that Not blaming him Just responding
