But then Winston Churchill was a manic depressive drunk and someone else made his speeches for him.
Pretty much like the majority of politicians - you write it, I'll portray it and everyone will believe it.

Regardless, an inspirational speech nonetheless. As the English say "two world wars and one world cup, doo dah, doo dah".
"Do you expect me to talk"? "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die".

He also had some dodgy form sending in the troops to fire on his own citizens in a Welsh miner's strike Back in 1910/11.

His goal kicking cost us the game - I sometimes wonder which team he's playing for.

Anasta was appointed captain when, a few years ago, we were a joke team on and off the field, Hadley was calling our club "the zoo" and there were many anti-social incidents by our players off the field.

Anasta was picked on by an aggressive person in a pub, and walked away from trouble.

He was chosen as the captain to lead us out of the gutter...with the "New attitude-New beginning" policy...and a new major sponsor was found.

Then Smith was hired as coach, for much the same reason...and because of his work with young players at the Knights, shown on tv, including "respect for women" and "how to be a fine man" [or the like] programs.

            Working well that strategy.

Expecting Anasta to be Fittler on the field is 'crazy'.

If Pearce hadn't thrown that dumb pass to Aubusson in the first half and coughed up possession, the Warriors wouldn't have scored from the next set.

I hope you're right Andrew Walker, that would be great to see.

Anasta was captain well before we were being called a zoo in season 2008.

I was in Bondi Junction yesterday and noticed that his picture has gone from the front of the Leagues club.

It's like the preparations you do for a divorce.

anasta is a disgrace.he is employed and paid to perform.in the real world of business life he would be sacked due to lack of performance.
i really have serious concerns for our young players in their perception of management and how it continues letting this bludger remain in first grade let alone be the captian. surely the players cant respect him.if anasta has any decency he needs to step aside.

No. His form has been poor so he should be dropped. But also because of possible negative influence on the team. They are starting to gel and play for each other. We don't need anything disrupting that.

I had a feeling that might've been the case.
Note he was kept on as captain after all the problems...as he was the man to head the new policies.
