Most of our tries over the past month have been created from Pearcey .... How Anasta is going to fill that spot whilst Pearce is in origin I don't know .... Anasta's 5th tackle kicking has been terrible this year cos he hardly has to do it. He is playing like a lock yet taking up the important space of a 5/8 ..... We need him to step over the next 6 weeks. I hope Morts has been training with the boys all year.

We will have Pearce out and possibly Mini (through injury). They could possibly have Watmough, the Stewart brothers, Tony Williams and possibly DCE.

Foran should be back and we still have Anasta. This alone should sway the result.

Without Pearce we won't have a lot of creativity.

If our forwards aim up in the next two games we are right in there. Manly are missing plenty and we are playing with a lot of grunt.

Manly have beaten us with worse teams than they'll put out next week so IMO where no sure thing plus refs get influenced By the Brookvale faithful.

The real danger is our young side underestimating the sea eagles and not turning up.

The Eagles still have quality in Ballin,Matai and possible Foran/DCE.

If they treat Manly with respect and really aim up I think the team
can over power them.

Lack of creativity is going to be a problem with Braith going to be spearheading the attack but we can win this in an arm wrestle.

I think as long as Anasta can play solid, Morts will pull out the odd creative play in attack. I think they will be directing plenty of traffic at mortimer and this may very well limit his creativity... but then again, mortimer has always had to go through this.
Their halves pairing trumps ours by far so everyone will have to be on their game... I have faith though
