Is anyone watching the Penrith vs Brisbane match tonight? Several Penrith players have targeted Kotoni Staggs and Ezra Mam for some pretty rough play so far in the first half in particular Kotoni Staggs has been on the end of a number of rough hits and strong tackles. A friend of mine has nephews who play at Penrith and he is adamant there were things said during the 2023 grand final some of which could be considered racial and there's a feeling out at Penrith that the Brisbane players can dish it out but can't take it things are getting heated both because of the grand final last year and what happened to Spencer Leniu it's interesting to see.

IMO it was less serious than the tackle Collins copped on the weekend. Also he wasn't knocked out (even passed his HIA & has no dramas playing this week as proof)... he lay down for 30 seconds to milk a penalty.

If Walsh and the Broncos/QLD were fair dinkum about this being a welfare thing (with him actually being injured) then they'd exclude him for more than 11 days.
