He could be back for this week,,,,

Aside from Mortimer’s inclusion Roosters coach Brian Smith’s only other change is the addition of Jack Bosden to form a five-man interchange. (He hasn’t been named but Frank-Paul Nuuausala may be some chance of making a return from his broken jaw one week ahead of schedule.)

Doubt it, he said at the knights game his doctor told him he can't play for another 4 weeks

It's great that we haven't really missed him - says a lot about the great young forwards coming through.

He can start off in Newtown.

I think Arona has been playing better - consistantly. Something FPN never grasped.

I like the way this guy is progressing.

Agreed. FPN has been a let down in the last two years. Hasn't made the progress I thought he would after a very solid 2010.

Can't see him being given a new contract at the end of his deal. We've got faster and more agile backrowers in Cordner and Aubo, as well as taka and guerra doing a far better job.

And at lock we've got Arona and Bosden, and hopefully in the future JWH can play there for more minutes if Napa and Evans progress.

Another one of our rushed signitures we regret ( add the bwaiff to that list).

By the way is it true that last year someone started a petition to keep him at our club, or was someone joking in the other thread.

Couldn't have been john, or greedy666, they've purchased anasta voodoo dolls by the sounds of their posts.

I'll throw a guess at Mighty rooster or maybe big mike.

Don't know Fred yet but his actions have destroyed our club.

After Carney's killer 2010 season it became evident that we no longer needed Banasta, especiallly not as a backrower. Even if Carney did F up, we would go out and buy another 5/8 as we have done now. Rsigning him along with signing him in 2006 were the two biggest mistake we have made in the lat 5 yrs.

fred 68 has been one of Smiths biggest critics for over year now. Every time we lose there is the call to sack Smith.
But, he wasn't alone in those critical of the club slow to re signing him early last year.
They all changed their mind when Braith started playing his normal brand of football.

I have never wanted him here at the Roosters, from day one...BUT have supported him right up until he started the dummy spitting with Smith/Carney over his precious no.6
It was evident that it was all about him & not the club.

Back on track......FPN......has to start again in the reserves (I am hoping this will be the name it is given again, someday).
And I too am somewhat disappointed with his progress......some games great...most ordinary.
Time to turn it up big guy.

I agree he was playing below par last year, but I thought he's been back to some of his best form this year before the broken jaw.
