I have no issue with the collision but more so with the axis of evil allowing a try that was clearly a double movement.

They made up for it as the Bronco's second try was off a blatant forward pass.

Keary and Walker seem to struggle against fast defensive lines that get up in our face which most of the good sides are doing. It turns them sideways or makes them throw risky flat passes to the outside backs who also have the defence right in their face. That leads to the bad ball control like we had last week. It has also been forcing Tedesco to run one out and die with the ball. Occasionally they take the line on or kick through and get a result. They go best when the forwards get on top and the opposition defence stops coming up too fast. That doesnt happen in the games where we drop so much ball. The forwards perform fairly consistently but cant dominate with poor copletions. Until we fix the way the halves run I think we will go about the same as the last couple of years

Maybe a little more depth in the attacking line might help as well against the fast (offside) defences. We don’t see a lot of inside balls these days either; pretty much Keary doing the same play over and over without the speed he once had to burn a defence. We have a few Ferrari’s in the backline that constantly get fed low octane E10 rather than the 98 they deserve.

I agree and was meagrely pointing out the inconsistencies over decisions that involve us and other clubs
