  • Lindsay Collins - Hamstring

Apparently off to get scans on his hamstring tomorrow, did anyone notice anything live? I don’t recall anything of note.

You can see it in Manu's last try.

He walked over to where I was standing on n the sideline after the game and the back of his hammy was strapped with a bag of ice but I did take note that he was walking perfectly fine

Walked away from the ground without any ice packs. Hopefully a good sign.

Worst case scenario we have May start next week, who has been awesome. Watson or Angus to stay on the bench.

          Hopefully nothing serious regardless.

It didn't look good and hammies are tricky things the same as calf muscle strains - depends on the grade

            Grade 1 - 1 to 2 weeks
            Grade 2 - 2 to 3 weeks
            Grade 3 - 6 to 8 weeks

Linz is the last player we need injured. He wasn't stretching out when it happened so hopefully a grade 2 at worst. With Lindsay this injury needs to be 100% because he does everything a million miles a hour. Geez he is bloody great to watch

Yes grabbed his hammy and looked in discomfort
might be a month or so out if a grade two
not great coming into the riff
more so with the Leniu incident too we are now down 2 front rowers
think May and jwh will start, with Whyte and Gus off the bench and Wong to come back on the bench!

Yep I saw people talking about it but he looked fine after the game. IMO probably just a minor strain or something & we were putting a cricket score on Souffs in round 3 so didn't need to risk it.

Thought Whyte and Gus played well last night too.
Whyte has great late footwork at the line. Reminds me a bit of SST.

Didn't look great but hopefully not at the very bad end. I'm.expecting 2-3 weeks. Sucks that Leinu is also out but we have enough depth to cover.

Thought I saw May do something similar and came off.

NRL Physio mentioned that May looked to have done his calf in the 77th min

I really hope we don't have to run out Egan Butcher as a starting prop against Penrith

Same here Whyte is very much like sst
which in the modern game the agile quicker front rowers with footwork into contact are very good to have
