Very interesting on NRL 360 that he was basically a done deal at Souths last year but their management did not rate him…. Wow just makes his signing and performances all the more sweeter

Is Dom, Is Good, Is Fast.

About time Trobbo got a signing right...one good signing in every ten...so it seems

Rated the Dom from the get go. Best signing this decade.

he could straighten up a bit but running across field when you've got pace isn't so bad. walsh does it a lot, although he has ball playing options which make him esp dangerous

Burgess recommended him and done the deal.

          Demetriou didn't rate him.

Part of the fallout between the 2 and a power struggle.

Be careful what you say my Rasta friend with regards to Andrew Symonds as it could be interpreted the wrong way. Spencer Leniu was accused of being a racist by the NRL judiciary because he couldn't remember who Andrew Symonds was.

Taking into account - Spencer wasn't even in Australia when monkey gate occurred, and I doubt Spencer would have a vast interest in cricket anyway.

Big body, beautiful mover. The way he runs across field swerving in and out of contact is vintage SKD.

And then on the flip side I think there might be some rocks in amongst all those diamonds, it all came off for him last night but the pass to no one that bounced up beautifully for Toops could've been anything just went our way on the night, the impulse to kick so often, again came off but these are not high percentage plays.

Robbo did wonders for SKD's career so it's exciting he's got his hands on Dominic Young so early because the untapped potential is so evident. He could be anything.. but currently I think there's going to be some ups and downs with him as he continues to develop.
Think tonight was that down game I was alluding to, defensivley he’s got opportunities and his yardage carries are very poor - Penrith really dominated our yardage in the first half off the back of kicking to him consistently and winning the first ruck. Robbo summed it up perfectly in the post match press conference, said he’s got all the top end talent in the world but got caught a lesion in hardness tonight.

I would almost consider dropping him for a few weeks to work in it NSW cup and move Suaalii back to right wing (where he’s world class) as Suaalii’s defence was just as poor out on the left edge. Who comes in at left centre I don’t know… maybe the silver fox Michael Jennings.

Would love to see a Jenko/Toops reunion on the left.

I think it just moved a bit.

Haha well I got my wish, Suaalii is back on the right wing, the silver fox is in the centres & Dominic Young isn’t on the field.

Gotta be careful what you wish for…

The Marshall and Roosterfarian both called it, all of his deficiencies were on show at Newcastle but Kalyn Ponga had them firing and winning so they got ignored. Good riddance to Dominic Young
