  • Walker free to play this week

Just reported on channel 9 that the Roosters request to have Sammy exempt from category 1 protocols has been approved. Apparently he passed all concussion tests on the night.

I don't know how he was initially ruled category 1 to begin with. This is the real issue that needs addressing.

No idea ay. He was pretty angry and IMO the nuance was that Bighton shoulda been put on report for elbowing him.

Zero tackle saying walker and Keary will be fine, no news on Terrell May so hopefully he has not issue!
saying sandon smith may be in doubt next week! But Billy smith wasn’t serious so should hopefully be playing again next weekend
let’s see in the next few days

Sandon picked up what looked like an elbow injury.

Ridiculous grading of Sams knock. Could have easily played on.

                  At what minute?

He seemed to have a burner end of the first half but didn’t see him clutching at anything else all game.

Makes you wonder why they ruled him out anyway? Souffs getting the rub of the green and the bunker trying to stem the flow of blood for the rest of the game by ruling out our chief playmaker who happened to be playing out of his skin?!

Regardless of conspiracies or not, right decision. Don't want to mess around with concussions but when the player walks off on his own free will completely coherent complaining of a neck issue from an elbow, it's quite obviously not a head injury.

Correct decision to let him play and let's hope he picks up from where he left off.

Approx 2mins out from halftime. Played on ok so hopefully good sign.

left elbow, can see it bothering him walking off at halftime, and on field after the game. He also had it iced in sheds.
