Crikey...well anyone who thought the Panthers were easybeats had that dispelled quickly.

The bunker may have ruined a potentially top game. The Manu try knockback was criminal negligence.

We made too many mistakes in that first half off earning good ball. Sitili redeemed himself with a couple of big plays incl his brilliant try.

Chasing points we got lulled into that tit for tat simple plays and kick. We need to chance the arm with offloads and early spreads more. Otherwise they will strangle us out.

Good news is we had two visits to their end zone for two "tries". If only we can turn that around to more shots in the 2nd half, you never know. It would be a win for the ages.

Panthers have exploited Dominic Young’s soft yardage carries very well which has hindered the starts to our yardage sets. Would really like to see Suaalii come in field for more yardage carries and Young just to hold his wing in this second half, if Penrith dominate a play the ball early in the set it’s almost impossible to regain any momentum in the set.

Sammy has a great ability to convert even a small amount of space into points. Particularly in broken play. Great vision for such a young half.
