People want to know why Penrith are so good? they are superbly coached … always play smart and at 100% no matter who is in their lineup … much like Melbourne

We on the other hand have a soft boiled egg as a coach … all the stars (and we always have plenty of those) have to align for us to do anything of note

I will give Robbo some credit … he is a superb recruiter … but it’s all a ruse … as a football coach he is barely above average on a good day

I'm stopping the voting early this year.

You've won the 2024 YAFI Of The Year award. Now you have a matching pair with last year's one.

The game will no doubt pass Cleary at some point … as it has our coach

We’ve got the better lineup this year mate … no excuses

We have a great roster. If Robbo performs and there's no ridiculous injury tally we should go close. I read somewhere once that a coach is only as good as his 7.

The Merge are on the same points as us with Flanno as their half and souffs with all their problems are only win behind us.

                The season is obviously farked.

                Sack Robbo now!

Cheers … don’t believe everything you read on the internet

Robbo is still Ivan’s bitch … give or take a game … on that we can all agree

                    If Robbo performs?

When exactly did that last happen?

Kenny … Garner … Schneider … Smith … Eisenhuth … Geyer … Henry … Laurie … to name just a few … are all bang average at very best and would go absolutely nowhere at any other club … and this was the junk that Penrith rolled out onto Allianz the other night … and still taught us a lesson

Panthers have lost some extraordinary footballers in the last few years … some of the very best in the NRL … and still perform above their level every week … while we struggle to meet ours on a weekly basis … that is purely coaching
Lindsay Smith, Liam Henry, Maverick Geyer & Matt Eisenhuth all bang average players who wouldn’t go anywhere at any other club? That’s a wild take, I think you are massively underrating all of them.

And I do apologise for suggesting you get your information from the media, should’ve said betting sites… lol

Oh Rooster 6 what’s with the snark? as an example … Geyer just debuted last night … you think he’s above average already? lol … c’mon mate you’re smarter than that

Lighten up, got to be able to laugh at yourself.

Yes Maverick Geyer just debuted and Liam Henry has only just reached double digits for first grade games yet you’ve already said “they would go absolutely no where at another club”… that’s foolish talk.

Les Tricolores I admire your passion.

                            We should be 4/4.

Anyway, let's see how it all plays out.

                            GO ROOSTERS.

(on a side note - S Verrill's can't get on the field for the Titans......crazy s hit by Hasler).

This is Robbo's 12th year, a long time in any sport.

                              3 premierships in 7yrs = excellence

After the end of 2019 to now you can tell he's not the same coach. Other coaches have passed him & he hasn't adapted to the new rules nowhere near as other coaches have.

Its early in a new season but it already kind of feels we will be hot/cold week in week out IMO.

Nothing but two solid performances & wins next 2 weeks v Dogs & Knights will change my view that unfortunately IMO we wont win another premiership under Robbo.

Don't hate him, (will always love his 1st 7yrs)) but i believe everything has an expiry date.

Fresh blood & idea's are inevitable for progression.

I'm definitely concerned about this season.

I accepted the Manly loss as a tough away game against a very committed team. Not much went our way that day.

Other than the big scoreline the thrashing against Souffs means little. They are a rabble.

The loss against Penrith was very disappointing. We were never in it really. One or two aspects of our game surfaced that are quite alarming. Admittedly we were missing our starting front row and it showed.

I'll reserve judgement on the coach until we have played the Storm in a few weeks.
