As much as I love them, Keary, Toops, and JWH should've retired at the end of last season.

Was truly awful early on throwing quite a few hospital passes. Excellent second half but still came up with the wrong play when going alone rather than turn it inside to a flying Connor Watston very late in the game.

There has been a bit of a debate on here about Keary Honest opinion cards on table Time for me. As much as I love him for what he has done here and I hope to be proven wrong We looked better when he was out against Souths and I highly doubt we will win another GF with him in the starting line up

Interestingly, if you look at the stats from the NRL, Keary is 6th for line engagement (35). Both Rads (13) & Teddy (12) rank ahead of Walker (11) at 47th. But it’s Keary that people complain about not taking it to the line.

It’s about how deep he digs into the line mostly these days he approaches the defensive line then passes letting the defenders slide along with the pass rather than digging deeper committing the defenders to tackle him..Cronk was great at committing defenders as he nearly always committed the defenders.

That’s one half in five games thus far this season..Pity he’s paid to play with that sort of effort all season long.
It won’t last long though he will take it to the line get hit then he will go back into his shell for the next 8 or so games.

I think it is the combo with Walker. When Keary went off with a headache Walker played better with smith. When Walker went off last night Keary played better. They stifle each other.

He’s a champion who brought us back into the game last night. I watched the presser earlier today and he was absolutely filthy with the way the team played too.
