    Too much turnover next year.

Is there a better dummy out there?
The cheese has deficiencies but is still good.
Are you saying there's 'holes' in his game? Maybe he's swiss cheese.

LOLS, he certainly plays like that sometimes!

I, personally, would love him as a number 14, but not on that salary.

I’d like him to stay on.

Hope he stays despite the some in the Pen wishing otherwise . If it were up to them Jake Friend would’ve been fired every year he was playing for us

That’s the type of game we expect of the cheese, massive difference when he can play 60 plus minutes.

He straightens up our attack big time. Was noticeable when he was off the field.

If he goes do we promote from Reserve grade or go to market ?
Last night in the game against the Knights he proved why we should be asking him very nicely to stay.

In the movie Kindergarten Cop, with Arnie the cop undercover as a teacher, lady teacher gave him some advice:
"Kindergarten is like the ocean, you never want to turn your back on it".

Last night I thought to myself:

"Cheese is like the ocean, you never want to turn your back on him".

What a terrific try it was, gave the team an immense boost.

It looks like he will be going again next year.

Good news. Been good this year.

Yes. Confirmed on Fox sports the cheese is staying.

                      Now for Angus.

                          Angus won't be staying. Thankfully.

He was good at the back end of last year and has been better than most this year. I think we’ll need Angus over the next couple of years with the amount of experience leaving the team, unless there is a gun edge forward to be signed to take his place.

I agree happy for smith to re sign
and we need Angus as much as his form has varied and last year was not great he has been our best forward with rads so far this year and with all the players we are loosing we may need his experience
also we have no other decent edge back rowers so not like we have loads of back rowers to take his spot unless we hit the market

He was good at the back end of last year. But given his salary, I just don't think he provides enough. He's a shadow of the player he was at Souths
