  • Will miss Manu more than Lattrell & RTS

    Looks like Manu's definitely gone.

Don't know if anyone else picked up Keary after the game say Manu will be missed next year.

I've taken Joey a bit for granted but now think he will be missed much more than Lattrell & Roger.

He's the world's best centre & when he fills in at fullback is one of the best in that position also.
His running meters tonight where exceptional & got us out of a lot of trouble.

He is so dangerous with the ball & can produce moments of pure magic at will.

Manu has a bigger motor than Lattrell & has more finese & silky skills than Roger.

Both Lattrell & Roger left us in the lurch but Manu has stayed loyal & respectful & will be remembered as a great Rooster.

Never a dirty player & always seems a top bloke.

Will be a huge hole to fill with his departure.

Will miss him big time if he goes.

    Agree.

Had his career cruelled by Teddy and took it gracefully.

One of the classiest natural talents I’ve seen.

    Haven’t really processed he’s leaving.

I know this won’t be popular, but if it meant keeping Manu , I would have moved him to FB and Teddy as a running 5/8th similar to Watsons role tonight .

Manu is amazing and adds another dimension to our attack.

I also think Teddy would go ok as well

That's rock and roll so it will give an opportunity for someone else to take that spot as no one is irreplaceable.

Without Manu next year who the hell will step up & there's no one of his calibre on the open market.

Joey Manu's dont come around often.

I really wish this would have been tried in the past, just as i'd really like to have seen how it would go. I suspect Robbo has tested in in training at some stage in the past but I guess it didn't have legs.

Wish Teddy had worked on his ball playing earlier and been able to make a go of it, because it could have been interesting to see and may have enabled us to keep Manu

Now though, Teddy has to be fullback or nothing. You can't be paying a million bucks and shift him to the wing/centre or have him as a half baked 5/8

King reckons we have a good 12 year old ready to step up lol

With the players we are losing, we have to go to the market. We're not replacing JWH,Manu,Suualii and Gus in house anytime soon.

Then we have our halves, the thought of Smith & Walker heading forward wont cut it. We've shown for a while now two small halves that cant kick wont cut it

Agree, but think it is too late for that.

He will be back though (hopefully).

We haven’t won anything since trell left, so at the moment, he has been missed the most

Tedesco is no 5/8 , that's one experiment that I hope I never get to see.
oh what could have been with Joey , will be sadly missed.

All I know is that our next fullback will be pretty mediocre compared to what we’ve seen the last two decades. Mini, Roger, Teddy and Manu. But….I believe we have made a massive signing. Let’s hope he wears number 1.

Fatrell hasn't won anything since he left either. I'd say Cronk is the one who has been missed the most.

You don't have to tell me.

I knew Paul Momirovski would come back.
