I'm not sure about the cooling off period after a few controversial backflips had people upset with it but in 12 months time I am sure Penrith are going to go hard at bringing Terrell May back to their club if he continues his improvement.

Cooling off period is 10 days. Someone may be able to confirm but I think it only applies to when a player signs with another club and not when they recommit to their current club. Also we can’t assume the announcement was made the same day the contract was signed….may have been signed days / weeks earlier.
