I know you can't trust everything in the media but they must've gotten this $800/year from somewhere. Honestly wouldn't suprise me, he is a weapon and deserves it.

Come on this isn't even media it's the gambling equivalent of The Roar. Obviously To'o is a great player and in Penrith's system could/likely is more important than Crichton but I would wager he's also cheaper and a large part of that is he's on the wing. Teams that pay $500k+ for wingers are Canterbury with JAC and look how that's turned out and as someone else mentioned Dominic Young if he's on that kind of money it's more proof you don't overpay for wingers.
