I'm totally lost by and honestly heartbroken by where the game has gone.. I don't even enjoy watching because it's just littered by officiating inconsistency.

I hate the new disruptor rule, but the NRL commited to it so it's time to be consistent. Either rule it every time or get rid of it.

Another heartbreaker loss to the Storm. We did a lot right esp in the first half. 2nd half became a bit of an arm wrestle but still loved the physicality. Some crucial moments and decisions but maybe the better team (just) won. Ted started like a house on fire but lost his mojo a bit in the 2nd half. Still its a team game, can't blame individuals.

the inconsistency of this team astonishes - mainly due to the leaders.

a lot of players play well with the scraps they have, manu, tupou, Angus etc.

but the lack of quality halves means they have to keep playing with scraps.

Imagine Cleary and luai or any other decent half pairing with this backline, the would carve up.

we have to be stuck with the human embodiment of a crab in half back who refuses to run straight and to let sam walker take hold of this team.

cant wait for another disappointing chat from either keary about how it wasnt good enough. Its been 4 years, maybe your just not good enough anymore.

doubt them two are on cheap coin either.

Literally our last roll of the dice. I woulda preferred it if we'd attempted a crazy cutout pass on the 2nd and dropped it insteada doing 5 boring hit-ups and a bomb to the left winger. What were we expecting there?!?!?

Teddy can give himself an uppercut for that kick on the 2nd too.

Not saying our overall game was shyte. As a fan I'm proud of most of it (and yes the ref was shyte as expected - also all the Drizz' tries had question-marks IMO whereas ours were all genius tries). However the polish wasn't there when it was needed. I say genius tries from us because but for some ridiculous individual talent from outside backs, neither of those tries were on.

Robinson. Can't beat the storm in Sydney. Can't beat Penrith anywhere. Politis musn't really love the Roosters, because he is happy to put with sub standard performances under Robinson. The Roosters are no chance to win a comp under Robinson from this point on. I acknowledge 13, 18 and 19. But times have changed. The aura around our coach has burst.

Stupid pass centre field, 45m out that turned over possession.
Simple ball drop after contact on a short side run 10m out that turned over possession.
A kick that no one knew was coming on 3rd tackle 5m out that turned over possession.
A trip on the fullback 10m out that turned over possession that ultimately resulted in the game winning try.

Not a good night for Teddy, expect more from a senior leader, he was at the heart of a lot of our issues.

So many other teams play with depth, and their backlines are running onto the ball when they catch it, we seem to play flat, and by the time it gets to our centers, there is no room to give it to our wingers.
