  • Any reason we aren't pursuing Sunia Turuva?

Without insulting the young fellow is there any reason we aren't going after him?

He could be a solid replacement for Daniel Tupou and he is also ambitious about playing fullback.

At just 21, he could be a good long-term investment.

Tyreece Tait & Lewis Murphy are both exceptional young wingers currently in our system.

I would recommend wathcing the SG Ball highlights just for Tait's try in the 66th minute today.

Wing is one of the few positions I feel like we don't need to strengthen.

We have Marky Mark, Dom Young, Junior Pauga, Lewis Murphy & Tyreece Tait. That's not even factoring in that Toops may still go around next year.

The fact that I haven’t even heard of him probably answers your questions.

The one who I would be looking at from Penrith is Paul Alamoti, they got him from the Dogs this year and I'm pretty sure he re-signed for one year under the assumption that one of Taylan May or Izack Tago wouldn't be there next year but both have re-signed so might be an opportunity to tempt him.

Along with Robert Toia he was the standout centre coming through SG Ball only a couple of seasons ago.

Rob Toia probably. Expect to see him pull on the RWB next year provided his two ACL injuries don't mess with him. Was considered one of the best youngsters alongside Isaiya Katoa and Karl Oloapu. Looked really strong offensively in his limited time in the NSW Cup. Defensively work to do.

If he runs STRAIGHT and hard he won't fit in.

Yep Alamoti is a unit big bustling CTR puts some hits on this would make sense.

Not sure about Turuva but Reece Walsh sure would look nice in Rooster colours.

Agreed - Paul was excellent coming through the SG ball and was touted to be a first grade centre with rep potential. If there's a young up and comer, Alamoti would definitely be worth a look, especially since Billy Smith is just unreliable and we're not sure if and when Toia will play FG footy.

He's the bloke that nearly scores a try every game, scored 2 against us.

Whoey who who? I feel as though you've reversed to onus and tried forcing us to prove we shouldn't sign him rather than saying 'I think we should sign [blah]'. As such, I will remain silent on this one...

The winger who got a hat trick against last game.

But, no, we dont need any more wingers.

We need a centre and 2 x backrowers.
