Canberra, Newcastle and Townville are Rugby League towns . Melbourne is not.

These are just my opinions. You agree or disagree. You might be a bit quick on the trigger because, otherwise, you have interesting things to say. You need to woo your detractors.

Are you a detractor Paddo? you seem like a very smart fellow to me regardless whether we agree or not … but I have no interest in wooing you

Not a detractor. As I say I like provocative comments, most people do because they start discussion. We'd be in a awfully dull pickle if we all agreed. You do, however, get a bit flinty at times or so it seems. There again, some on here love to rattle cages. You shouldn't indulge them.

Just imagine if this site was censored by the politically correct or people pushing their their own agenda or ideology.

Would be a boring barren desolate place pretty quickly.

If you’re a fan of them I guess it would, but I believe they stole the idea from another team somewhere? Not sure of the details. Personally I actually find their song ‘The Green Machine’ more inspiring, but like I said I really don’t like the team anyway. I did have a bit of a soft spot for them in the 80s, early 90s with Daley and Clyde etc, but not now.

Not a few do have an agenda, it's called alternative opinion. All grist for the mill thankfully. "Politically correct" is, after all, merely good manners.

Best performance in 5 years … a performance worthy of the most stacked side in rugby league

Walker utterly sublime today … you will never see a better performance from a number 7 ever in your life … yet I believe some genius dropped him last year?

All the other blokes who always cop stick here … Crichton … Cheese … Keary … Suaalii … and so on and so forth … they are all quality footballers

This is the best squad in league … once again … but this time with feeling … yet we’re still 4-4

We need to win the comp this year or at least come awfully close … that is how good this lineup is … no more excuses … if Robbo beats the Broncs in Brisbane next week Nick can resign him until 2029 for all I care … if not he is going back on the rack again
I think this misses the point - if Robbo does deliver us another premiership this year, how much time will we give him to win us another before we realise he can’t coach.

I think everyone realises he can’t coach much already

But if he wins another then there is not much else you can ask

True. If we can win 4 premierships in 11 years with someone who can't coach, we probably don't even need one.

Robbo is a top recruiter/salesman … he could sell just about anyone a condo in Bondi … mind you … the condos in Bondi are the best

Well I guess that’s it your agenda is dead until 2029. See ya in 5 years. Thanks for the laughs.

I take great pride in setting this team back on its right path … it’s been a long time

Brilliant 66! I have a feeling if we lose to the Warriors next week though, the ‘guru’ Robbo can’t coach bandwagon will gather momentum again.

By resigning Robbo until 2029? That wasn’t your plan. Your plan was to sign Bennett. Where do you reckon Souths will be in 2029? Right back where they are now after another 3 years of your guy.
