The dark arts of the snare.

Can you imagine if we signed him after Fifita?

Is this all just a tactic to lure Manu back or make sure he returns to us ?

No thanks to both of them for reasons already mentioned by previous posters.
Cobbo/Iro should be target number 1 and 2, if a centre is what we are after.

Tallis would have a heart attack.

Sorry but no thanks. Ponga - way too injury prone no thanks. What we need is to offer Manu a million $ deal for life. You won’t ever find a better player than him anywhere else. He’s worth his weight in gold. He focuses on footy and is a great inspiration to the entire team. $$$$ should never be an obstacle where Manu is concerned.
I don’t think money would have kept him here or even the fullback role, Joey is not that type of person, Rugby is where his roots are, he wants to play the game he grew up living and breathing and nothing will stand in his way, have to let him go and do that and hopefully realises it’s not for him but he will kill it I have no doubt in my mind has the all the talent and attributes to go with it.

I agree with your comments on his worth though, once a generation player honestly.

            Gutted.

It has snowed in Bondi, and anything is possible, but Latrell Mitchell playing again in our colours seems almost totally unlikely.
              But, what if:

              . Souths cut him
              . No clubs want him
              . He's available for a low price
. Is willing to play left centre to the best of his ability.

Unusual things can happen in pro footy.
My *bet* is that he'll never be a Rooster again.

I wasn't around when it snowed back in 1836 but was there when they made snow for a promotion back in the 80's. It was a lot of fun!

On 25 July 1986, melting snow was observed in metropolitan Sydney, in addition to some settling snow being reported in North Ryde.

Never say never. But I'd rather Burton and Cobbo.

Latrell will never be seen in the red, white and blue again… at least not while Uncle Nick is in charge…

He would be a terrible signing.
