I'm not a betting man (and don't encourage people to feed the bookies) but IMO $2.97 for us to win is a pretty harsh assessment of our form.

Sure it's Friday night in Brissy but frankly, Brissy were a bunch of whinging sooks last time we beat them and I can't see why we should now be their b!atches simply because they made the GF last year.

Screw the bookies. IMO there will be a solid fight and a win in Brissy could be a defining moment for our season.

No, you're right on the money Mick. Brisbane is evolving as some kinda team - the heirs apparent to the "Riff. Ezra is dynamite, Reynolds another Cronk and Walsh the terror of all fringes. Not to mention the forwards - that Willison is impessive. Hopefully what happened in Vegas didn't stay there.

I would say that out of the other 16 clubs if they had to choose either Teddy or Walsh they would take Walsh.

Both of our wingers tower above theirs. They have some nobodies in their forward pack, and a weak bench.

All they really have over us is the speed of Walsh and Mam, and Reynolds kicking game. It might be enough if their forwards can stand up to ours, but I doubt they can.
