I think Leniu will come straight back in but there may be a chance robbo honours form and or as he has played 1 game and sat out for 2 months could be a chance to come back through res grade
either way great to have some depth
and we are covered with 4 good for rowers for 2025 even with jwh going

Exactly. He adds significantly to our go-forward, and is also a strong defender. Barring injury, Whyte or May will make way for him next week. I'm expecting more from May than he has provided in the last month, so I'm hoping he lifts tonight in Jared's absence. I think Whyte has a very big future, but as our youngest prop, I would expect him to bide his time for the rest of this season secure in the knowledge that with Jazz's departure he will be in the 17 from 2025 onwards.

However I stand by Spencer as he's one of us and I think he was hung out to dry on this one (including having to put up with being called a racist by a panel of white dudes who clumsily got his name & ethnicity wrong).
Racism's never cool but this was the longest suspension ever, Ezra's refused his offer to make peace with it and played a lot of stunts in order to escalate the severity.
We all experience things differently but IMO just because something is 'not okay'... doesn't mean it's an extreme act that requires a harsh response. I think Ezra was within his right to complain but the NRL handled this poorly and Ezra's position of refusing an apology and redacting the juicy parts of his impact statement didn't help.
Nobody can force somebody to accept an apology but Spencer is not Adolf Hitler. The NRL's hung him out to dry and Ezra has let the matter linger by not taking a forgive and forget approach.
As such, I don't think Spencer needs to be overly sorry. He's said sorry, he's done an overly long stint on the sidelines and our response doesn't need to personal. As a fan I'd just love to see the little snitch get stitches. This was more about taking a stand than it was about any actual offence suffered IMO. Further, I suspect it was staged.
This whole scenario (Mam, Thurston, Mitchell and so on) is the most contrived NRL stitich up I have ever seen."Do you expect me to talk"? "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die".

Should be a high quality game tonight if the refs stay quiet. There is definitely some bad blood now between these teams, maybe mostly fan fuelled.
Missing JWH and Vic weakens our middle and no Toups is a minus. On the flipside its a big opportunity for Whyte and Watson in the guts. Very interested to watch Whyte starting, his first 20 mins is important in establishing the dominance we need to set up the win platform. Great to see Sitili back.
Congrats to Mr Keary on his 150th for Easts. Looking for another big one after his first round dominant display against the Bronx.
Lots of cuddles and kisses for young Sam after his Anzac Day stormer. He's dined out against Souths and Saints who were both pathetic, needs to stand up again tonight and stay in the contest against the higher quality teams.
