The outside backs dont have the class as what we have this year thats why we need Cobbo.

We’ve done an outstanding job building our forward pack the last 2yrs, after what looked like a huge gap.

Coin like this is needed invested into elite backs and halves, depth in said positions or planning for life without Teddy.

No Manu means we are incredibly short if either of Teddy, Sandon, Sam go down with any serious injury. Not to mention a first choice winger/ centre.

I would leave him go to the Panthers, definitely not worth the coin, is great when he wants to get involved but that’s not often enough for his pay packet.

He is a genuine X factor. Put him on an edge and any centre instantly looks great.

If we have him and Gus, the centres next year can be Toia, Smith, Jennings or Pauga no problem.

More than enough forwards on the books and players being developed in the pathways systems. - Re-signing Crichton would be a sound choice if he wants to keep playing League.

I think Robbo hinted in either the presser or Coach's Media interview we could but it was up to what Gussy wants to do which he hasn't heard either way.
