Personally I have no interest in womans league.

always good games the women's origin. good they've got best of 3 and respect the decision to play the first one before club footy has started but they're not going to be playing at their best.
yeah, great to see the rooster girls well represented.
got to praise the club's strategy in getting a women's team up and running - they're saying it was a factor in luring fifita here and maybe his partner next year to play for the roosters. panthers don't have a women's team

        Neither do I.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

Most of the NSW players have been playing in the QLD BMD Premiership and those not playing are undertaking opposed sessions at training due to the NSW Women's Premiership being pushed back to run along side NRLW as basically a reserve grade comp.

If they can sign Jack Bostock who is signed till 2025 with the Dolphins and able to field offers from November 1 they maybe able to sign his younger sister Indie Bostock who was a real stand out player in Tarsha Gale Cup for the Illawarra Steelers who won that comp - surprisingly not signed by the Dragons

Shaylee Bent is able to field offers from other teams - only signed a 1 year deal for 2024 with the Gold Coast Titans

Well, I know they do but I was a bit too obtuse with my comment.

Plus I was 4 glasses into a bottle of wine.

haha, it's like playing pool - have a couple of beers and you're eddie charlton; have half a dozen and you're ripping the felt

enjoyable game. blues thoroughly deserved the win. thought all the roosters girls were good. interesting to see kernick play at lock - could be the way to go at club level with hall and pule on the edges

But I have grown to understand that a lot of other people, especially women, do. The crowd was 25000 at that game.

Can only be good for the code as a whole.

It was a good game and game 2 will be even better. Need to have a think about when the 3 SOO games are played i.e prior to NRLW or during the NRLW season - Next year it will be a 12 team NRLW Comp so I assume 11 rounds and a 5 team finals series

Sydney Roosters NRLW News - Amelia Pasikala has signed with the Canberra Raiders - 2 year deal

Decent quality game, and the Blues were hot. Can't believe they put on a show like that with no games to prep, just a 6 week prep. Their fitness and cohesion for that sort of lead-up was amazing.
