I saw King run past him & then 2 Roosters players attemting to tackle him but then Anasta run in around the legs that put him to the ground.

I reckon this is why he got hooked, outrun by a prop.

Some embarrassing moments by anasta. The slip for the harrison try was diabolical. And when the Manly prop plodded up field, Anasta looked like he was moon walking. He was in a slow motion. It was quite ridiculous to see how slow he really is compared to a fat slow prop. We can't have our 5/8 that slow. We are just shooting ourselves in the foot. On the other hand, Morts looked like he had a bit of nip,and should be 5/8 next week!

Today's game proves that Anasta is a fat useless cap theif... I have always thought Mortimer wasn't an organising type half but has got that nippy good footwork and great support play and not to mention a heart 5 times the size of our courageous captains, which I think would be a thousand times better at 5/8 out side Pearce then Anasta can dream of... I think today confirmed a few things

1. Even no he had a part to play in both our tries today Anasta needs to go
2. Mortimer needs to be 5/8
3. How much our team need pearce, I was not sure before this game but now I'm convinced Pearce should be our captain ASAP I think having the C may help he's off field life.. Even no I don't think we have looked great at all this year today we were so un organised it was embarrassing.. I like maubs but think he's too quiet and seems a little shy when it comes to being a leader Pearce is already the leader of the side guiding them around the Park why not make him full time captain gee we missed him today..
4. I like jake friend wonderful work rate but for some reason this season he is making a lot of poor decisions and going down that blind side like he keeps doing is a real annoying option especially when he's too slow for it to work , yeah it's good at times for a fast hooker if he can get past the markers n outside the opposition center n create a 3 on 2 but he isn't quick n it's useless 85% of the time he does it... Still think he can come good but needs to change very soon..

What about in the 28th minute when he failed to find touch from an awarded penalty. Had he found touch we would have been in their 40m on the attack. Disappointing .

what the fkuc was that 3 tackles down the left hand 10 meter corrodore. the second half structure attacking was diabolicle. no one took control of where to attack.

I have to agree with most of what has been said so far, except the bagging of maubs. I think he was a little quiet today and would definitely like him to be more involved but i think he had some good runs, made a few half-breaks, put a couple of good shots on and made some important tackles. I think Pearce is the best suited captain to replace braithy boy, but I wouldn't be gutted seeing the 'C' next to maubs' name

I hope he never plays for our club again. I was one of his biggest supporters last year, but he is just a ****ing lazy cat now.

Anasta will not get dropped to Newtown for sure, but I think what will happen is they will move Anasta to the 2nd row and then sub him after 25 mins and only give him limited game time. I see this happening for the rest of the year whether we like it or not....
