4 Roosters players reportedly drug tested on Tuesday
personally i think there's a big difference between performance enhancing drugs and recreational drugs but i suppose the game can't be seen to condone the latter. don't really have a problem with this
LOLS. The AFL does..................................
Gee the NRL is on a roll for the past 3months since Vegas after the appointment of Joe Kelly to the board of USA rugby league.
The insecure NRL collusion with its Media partners in their wrath have
1. an over the top suspension to Lenui whilst the judiciary was completely inept in handling it. The decision already made before the courtroom whilst milking click bait revenue.
2. A huge fine against the club and Robbo for speaking facts.
3. Dubious decisions in multiple games to curb the roosters and further click bait.
4. countless anti roosters media - too many to mention along with their official tv shows on Fox and Ch9.
5. The drug testing -
Am I missing anything ?
We are the most targeted club in the NRL. I feel sorry for the club, the team and fans if this turns out to be just another rooster witch hunt on top of all the other rooster witch hunts on field and by the judiciary and in the media. Our players, coach and club have continually been unjustly targeted.

No suggestion anything improper was done, but given the time a particular substance stays in one's system for, testing 4 days later will not prove or disprove anything
if a team's on performance enhancing drugs they can get a competitive advantage and it could affect who wins the premiership. if the nrl is going to ban drugs they need to test for those drugs to maintain a level playing field. testing for recreational drugs is more a social issue
You would hope the NRL are acting on more intel than a Twitter rumour but if they’re not then they owe the players an apology for giving this story more legs and validity with no evidence.
Yes that’s what I was referring to with my comment. It sounds like a knee jerk reaction to a social media rumour, which if true is a very dangerous slippery slope to start going down. Of course that may not be the case but the NRL should not be in general responding to rumours and innuendos from the public and media alone. I’d like to think it isn’t the case with this situation.
Unfair and gross misuse of power. Ridiculous storm in a teacup. Anyone who watches more than 30 seconds of that clip knows nothing wrong was happening apart from some very unintelligent conversations.
More bias against us. Our gun front rowers younger brother has just been arrested, subject to accusations of one of the worst things you can do and Cleary and Riff haven't had to field any questions on the matter. Yet he has to answer questions about a farrking Twitch stream. Whenever it's a Rooster, it's exacerbated and everyone jumps on us.
